Up for auction is a VERY nice and VERY clean Pork Pie Percussion Snare Drum. This beauty is a 6"x14" snare drum and is made of Block Stave Figured Bubinga which is one of the most sought after materials for upper end snare drums. This drum has been very well taken care of and is applicable in both studio or live gigs. The Badge reads "Pork Pie Percussion, Made by an American, Est 1987". It is stamped on the inside "Greg Gaylord" and handwritten below is "figured bubinga". On the opposite inside location it is stamped "8/2/01 #05863" and is signed by the drum maker. This is a 10 lug model and has 10 great looking Tube lugs. The throw off and snare butt are in perfect working order. I could not find any imperfections in the drum or finish. There is a Remo Coated Reverse Black Dot Head on the batter side and a Remo Ambassador Snare side head on the snare side. There are Pure Sound snares also. This drum sounds truly amazing. Bubinga is one of the best exotic woods for snares. I really hate to get rid of it but I need the cash for another project. I am including FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the lower 48 states.
