This is a clarinet made by Wm. Whiteley, Utica. Name is hard to read but I have another clarinet with the exact same signature that is easy to see. Five brass keys. Boxwood, ivory (or bone) rings are perfect except for center ring which has a split. I am a retired high school band director and played the instrument as a demonstration for students many years ago. Beautiful instrument in excellent condition.
