This one has mother of pearl inlays all the way around it. It is in excellent condition, shows a few signs of being used, check photos. No major damage, just some general wear. I bought this from an old German fellow. There are 51 keys or buttons. Comes with its original case. I don't know much about instruments like this, so ask me any questions. The man I bought this from had been playing this recently and stated it was in excellent working condition. It is 10 5/16" by 10 5/16" and 14" long when compressed, not including the handles.
